Entanglement

A couple taking root in their love. This is my interpretation of building a relationship with a person, while also maintaining your individuality. How do you balance the identity of the couple with identity of self? We build a connection, and our love for the other can envelope us, but it you aren’t careful, it can grow wild and overtake that sense of self. So you see them enclosed within one tree, roots springing from their feet, vines pulling them together, yet they are still two clearly identifiable beings.
